One of my favorite places to paint, the northern Laguna coastline offers beautiful reefs, rugged shoreline, and low rocky points reaching out into the Pacific. Coastal fog drifts south from the Palos Verdes area, softening the light and creating wonderful atmospheric effects. For an artist, this stretch of coastline is endlessly inspiring, with its changing colors, beautiful silhouettes, and the timeless character of the California coast.
